Oven manufactured mainly in stainless steel, in which baking is acheived by means of rings annular tube, above refractary base, with
indenpendent steam chambers. Designed to be able to work with varios fuels (fi rewood, gas-oil, gas etc.) and with an effi cient and
simple technology makes Wimter, with its low consumption and minimun maintenace, to be most profi table oven the market.
The internal height of the standard deck is 255 mm. The height by the door is 205 mm.
